GENESIS REVISITED - a new beginning

The story of Adam and Eve may depict man's fall from the comfort of living in blameless ignorance, but it also describes his first - thanks to woman - courageous step on the long and difficult journey towards greater awareness (of himself, of others, and of the world at large) and responsibility, away from ignorance and the instinctive, blameless behaviour of his animal nature.

It is high-time that we exchanged Yahweh for a more enlightened (concept of) God. Instead of cursing them, this is what my God (with more than 2000 years of hindsight (When God Was a Woman (Harvest/HBJ Book)), after sending her unworthy husband away, might have said to Eve:

Curiosity and the desire for knowledge and awareness have led you to disobey me, but I like your courageous and independent spirit, which is in contrast to your obedient and wimp of a husband.

You have started to become conscious of yourself, of others and of the world about you. This means that you must learn to take responsibility for you own behaviour. You will become aware of primitive thoughts, feeling and inclinations which stem from your animal nature. You are not responsible for them, but for what you do. It is your behaviour that you must learn to control, in accordance with the more enlightened human nature, which will develop in you to progressively replace your primitive animal nature.

Your descendants will learn to understand the workings of the world, making great discoveries and inventions along the way. Used wisely and responsibly these will make life much easier for them, greatly reducing hardship and suffering; used vainly and irresponsibly, they will cause great harm. One of the most useful - but if misused, also most harmful - inventions will be called money.

There will be times when you will despair. Trust me. Over time I will help you to transcend your primitive animal nature, your evil inclinations, your ignorance, fears and vanity. I will increase your understanding and love, and give you the strength and courage needed to do justice to the name that your descendents will one day prematurely give to human kind: Homo sapiens, wise man.

Through passages, shapes, wave of colour,

meandering all around me, pathing ways,

Consciousness taking flight to planes unknown,

To regions without name or form.

Just the sound of Omm, the vibrations of all forms

and worlds trying to take shape, to come to be

Knowing that as soon as I thrust my consciousness

downward it will eventually solidify

The I that claims this body of mine, my face, my soul . . .

Is it the feeling of nothingness or all encompassing

feeling of universality

What do I really feel?

It is the feeling of all and nothing

It just is!

It melts away and becomes everything.

As fluid as water but not water as fleeting as time but not time

As wide and all encompassing as the smallest particles of being

but can be seen bursting through nature, exuding brilliant lights,

Going through my diary I found this and thought
I should share this with the world. Now we are building
our own home and settled

This is the worst of my nightmares.
I sleep with my kids in a rat infested house.
There are rats running along the window seal.
Rats in the wardrope, cupboards and shelves,
and damn it, even on my bed.

What state have found myself?
What have I contributed to make it so?
I asked myself as thoughts and memory spiralled through the
ever darkened tunnel of true soul searching, thoughts burst forth
into bright particles of piercing lights, that passes through the
very depth of the soul and ravaging it beyound endurance.

Who Am I? I asked myself.

TANTRA - A Spiritual Path of Ecstasy

There are a number of different definitions of tantra from various viewpoints.

Rather than a single coherent system, Tantra is an accumulation of practices and ideas which has among its characteristics the use of ritual, the use of the mundane to access the supramundane and the identification of the microcosm (a small, complete world) with the macrocosm(a complex structure containing smaller worlds).

Tantra on the other hand is sexuality as a divine rite and an expression of union or yoga.

At one time, long before so-called civilization permeated our culture, humans cultivated this pleasure to transcend into higher dimensions of consciousness, beyond the material, animal orgasm. Thousands of years ago, people had achieved a high degree of awareness and an alchemical formula for converting what we know as sex energy -- called by many names such as Chi, vital force, soul, etc. -using it to enter into a state of Divinity. Their spiritual philosophy held sexuality as a divine rite and an expression of union or yoga.

Tantra doesn't tell you to control or suppress your sexual urges to reach God, but rather says the opposite. It supports development of this vital energy to achieve union with Divinity. The essence of Tantra is the full expression of being--a merging with, rather than a withdrawing from. It is the ultimate yoga, which is Sanskrit for union. In Tantra, the orgasm is with the universe. You become part of the primal energy of everything. In the Kama Sutra, genital contact is but one of the many kinds of intercourse. Tantrikas learn to make love with everything, letting go of all barriers to pure bliss.

Unfortunately, as our planet moved out of the Taurien Age (4300-1700 BC) and became masculine and aggressive, it also lost this deep spiritual connection to this vital sex energy. While sexuality touches every part of our lives, it's sad that this most pleasurable life-affirming phenomenon --the act of creating our very birth--is today tainted with fear, abuse and general negativity.

Excellent audio. If you feel that the baby is not his/her normal self consult your doctor immediately. Either take the baby to the doctor or speak to him over the phone. If you are calling him, write down all the things that you want to ask about. Make a note of all the important phone numbers like your doctor's, health clinic, hospital, a good taxi service and numbers of friends who would be willing to look after older children in an emergency. If you are asked to bring your baby to the hospital at night do so, as it is better to take the baby there than treating him at home.

No Easy Immortality by J. H Reyner

This book is a breakthrough in the understanding of
life. Amid the turmoil of events many people have
an innate conviction that existence has a purpose
beyond the pursuit of material success. This indeed
is indicated in both legend and religion but the
practical man or woman finds the idea remote and i
nterprets it as implying that life is merely a preparation
for some future state of enlightenment.

The author who is a scientist of repute, challenges
this view, maintainig=ng that it is based on an
illusion of the senses. There is clear evidence that
the body is only a temporary habitation for a
spiritual soulwhich continues to exis after death,
yet the question remains, "Why is our sojourn on
earth necessary at all?". NO EASY IMMORTALITY
explains that earthly life is infact a seach for a suitable
material to nourish the soul. This 'psychological' material is

not available free of charge but has to be paid for by a

special kind of effort involving, not the negation of life, but
rather a conscious partucipation in its events.

Pursuing this idea it becomes clear that enlightenment
is not restricted to a future state but is attainable -
indeed only attainable - here and now. If the soul is to
fulfil its destiny it has to learn how to utilise to the

Just sat in front of the system wondering
where to start from, What kind of report I am
expected to give on the tour.

Well I am following my instinct!

Hmm . . . where do I start from? . . .

How do I say thank you for all the wonders
shown to me by God?

As I decided that I shall go no further
looking for Him, my business going beautiful
but my inner man in shambles because I needed
certain questions answered.

Nobody understood me. No where to turn to.
My heart yearns. Oh how it yearns for
understanding, knowledge wisdom. I get
glimpses sometimes but I needed to put
it in one "whole" picture. ..."but how?"

Who, what where is God? How do I become one
with God? It was the birth of an idea that
if I am a part of God then I must be a mini
god.

After that, it was a whole new experience of
correlating my souls yearning to the teachings.

A whole new world.
A new fantastic point of view.
No one to tell me no, where to stop ,
or say that I am only dreaming.

A place where dreams come to life.
And so was the birth of one of my dreams
