This is no way to be happy or free. So many people think they can be happy or fulfilled by working on themselves endlessly, but that can never work. People need to be bigger than that to live a life worth living, and even to be themselves. They need to love others, deeply, passionately, without reserve, and to transcend their selfishness and self-focus because of their love for others.
